Gut problems are part of life for most of us: 86% of British adults suffer one over a year, yet 41% never see a GP. For Love Your Gut Week, we built Chuckling Goat's broadcast PR campaign around a challenge to the nation: take its 12 Weeks to Gut Health Challenge, built on microbiome testing, kefir and nutritional therapy. We booked an NHS GP and best-selling author across a day of radio and TV interviews, explaining how better gut health can support mental health, healthy ageing, better skin and more energy. The campaign secured 18 items of radio and TV coverage reaching 3.9 million people, including That's TV Scotland, Radio News Hub and BBC Radio Scotland.
