The message
Divorce doesn't have to be confrontational. It can be upsetting, but it can also be amicable.
The angle
New research among 2,000 UK adults ahead of the introduction of no-fault divorce in England and Wales in April 2022 found 'sadness' was the word most associated with divorce (44%). 55% of those who had divorced said the experience was negative, and 43% felt divorce forces people to blame and criticise each other.
