Case study

Wattstor

Energy bills were the nation's biggest winter worry in November, and the Autumn Budget had left people wanting more. We built Wattstor's broadcast PR campaign on that mood with research commissioned by Wattstor among 2,052 UK adults: 72% wanted a clearer plan to cut energy bills, only 31% believed the UK would reach net zero by 2050, and just 12% felt businesses were doing enough to help. We then put Kevin Ball, Wattstor's chief commercial officer, and his colleague Jack Peck on air across a run of radio interviews, making the case that renewable energy is now the cheapest power a business can buy. The campaign secured 14 items of coverage reaching 4.2 million, including Sky News Radio and talkRADIO.
