Many people are hesitant to seek medical advice, and for National Obesity Awareness Week, new research from Apex Medical Academy showed the scale of it: 53% of Brits have health concerns they won't discuss with their GP. We used the finding to build a broadcast PR campaign on the need for greater support with weight management. We then put Apex Medical Academy on air across the UK, talking to presenters about Longevity Medicine, a personalised and holistic approach designed to help people achieve sustainable weight loss. The campaign secured 10 items of radio and TV coverage reaching 8.2 million, including GB News, London Live, LBC and Greatest Hits Radio.
