Plenty of us rely on coffee to get through the working day: 41% of Brits say they cannot function without caffeine. For National Work Life Week, we built London Nootropics' broadcast PR campaign around coffee reliance, caffeine crashes and the 3pm slump, and how they hit productivity and health. A nutritionist and high performance coach, an adaptogenic coffee expert from London Nootropics and a wellbeing coach went on air across a radio day of interviews plus TV, explaining how adaptogens such as ashwagandha and rhodiola can give steadier energy. The campaign secured 9 items of radio and TV coverage reaching 2.4 million people, including London Live, BBC Radio London and Greatest Hits Radio Surrey & East Hampshire.

About Work Life Week
National Work Life Week is the annual campaign of Working Families, the UK charity for working parents and carers. It encourages employers and staff to talk about wellbeing at work, work-life balance and flexible working. The 2026 week ran from 5 to 9 October. For brands and charities with something useful to say, it gives radio and TV producers a timely reason to book an interview.
