Case study · Local Business Week

Digital Kitbag

Plenty of small businesses are losing revenue simply by not making the most of their online presence. A survey of over 960,000 UK small businesses found 44% have no website, and of those that do, 93% show no local contact number on their homepage, 94% give no map or location and 79% do not publish an address. For Local Business Week, we built Digital Kitbag's broadcast PR campaign around those findings and put a digital readiness expert on air across a radio day of interviews, urging local business owners to review how they appear online. The campaign secured 16 items of radio coverage reaching 2.4 million listeners, including Sky News Radio.
